Let this be a reminder to file bugs. You can either swear at stuff for things not working, or notify the relevant team in order to see it fixed. When filing bugs, providing a recording and/or testcase definitely helps the engineers to acknowledge and understand the problem.

Does CSS Specificity confuse you? I just rewrote the specificity page on MDN: developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web. It includes :is() and :where() and cascade layer impact. if you learn with visuals, speciFISHity.com needs to be updated to include those, but is still helpful.
