Disconnect Site from Jetpack
-
I need help removing twigandcomarket.com from my WordPress.com/Jetpack account.
The site is no longer accessible and shows as “Unreachable” in WordPress.com. When I click the three-dot menu for the site, I only see WP Admin, Visit Site, and Jetpack Cloud. There is no Disconnect site option.
Jetpack Cloud also does not load for this site.
Can a WordPress/Jetpack staff member please manually disconnect or remove the stale Jetpack connection from my account?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When a connected Jetpack site becomes completely inaccessible and shows as ‘Unreachable’, the user-facing Disconnect site option disappears from the dashboard because the interface attempts—and fails—to execute a two-way API handshake with the remote host. Since the target server cannot respond and Jetpack Cloud cannot complete the handshake, the stale connection token remains orphaned in your account list with no front-end button to purge it. In situations where the host is permanently gone, the connection record has to be severed directly from the WordPress.com master site registry. I have flagged this thread for Staff / Happiness Engineers so they can manually remove the stale Jetpack connection
