Eastern Regional Airports Division

Mission

The Eastern Region Airports Division is an operational unit that leads planning, development, operation, and maintenance of a safe and efficient system of airports in the United States' Mid-Atlantic States, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia through:

  • Oversight of airport safety, standards, certification, and compliance
  • Implementation of FAA's airport safety, planning, financial assistance, and environmental programs
