More work by industry
Figmatica designs AI-native websites and B2B products for markets where attention is scarce. Offers are complex, sales take months, and the buyer has three of your competitors open in other tabs. We know your industry.

Who we are and why teams like yours work with us

Figmatica is a digital product design agency and UI/UX design studio based in Dubai & San Francisco. We work with B2B and AI teams whose product and website have to bring in sign-ups and demos and give investors a clearer story.
Over the past three years we've shipped 50+ websites and products in web design, SaaS and AI product design, EdTech and Web3, from first sketch and UX research to launch. With that work our clients raised funding, got into accelerators and grew conversion.
We work inside your team, with no ticket queue in between. You get a small senior crew of product and UI designers, a project manager and a growth lead. They sit in your Slack, show work every week and stay after launch.
If you're a founder or head of product and need a site that sells this quarter, that's the work we do.
Most clients stay for months after the first project, and we end up as the design team behind their core product.

How a project runs
Five stages. Your buyers' questions decide the keywords, the keywords decide the page map, and we open Figma only after you sign off the plan.
Start a project- 01
Buyer journey
We write down how your buyers decide, step by step, in their own words.
- 02
Keyword & prompt plan
Search terms with real demand, long-tail questions and the prompts people type into AI assistants, grouped by intent and agreed with you first.
- 03
Site structure
The page map grows out of that plan, so every page exists to answer a specific question.
- 04
Story & proof
We put your cases and point of view at the step where a buyer starts to doubt.
- 05
Design & build
We assemble pages from the design system and build the admin in parallel. Redirects keep your rankings through the move, then your team runs the site.
We sit between a design studio and a dev shop. Every design ships ready to build, so your engineers don't reinvent the UX in code.
Traditional hiring
You pay for the whole team, even in quiet months.
Freelancers
Cheaper upfront, often paid twice.

One monthly fee for the whole team. No additional costs.
Every screen answers to a metric
We start each decision by asking what gets people to sign up, book a demo or buy. Anything that moves none of those comes out of the brief.
Experience is the moat that's hard to copy
A competitor can clone your features in a weekend. A product that explains itself clearly takes far longer to copy. We design the logic first and draw the interface on top.
ChatGPT reads your site too
Buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity before they visit a site. We build pages that people can scan and assistants can quote.
Every brief starts with the business goal
Before any moodboard, we look at your funnel, your numbers and the objections that lose you deals.
We talk to your sales team before we open Figma
Your sales, marketing and support teams hear every day what confuses buyers. Their answers usually make a better brief than the one we're sent.
We stay after launch
What works at launch rarely works a year later, so we keep designing after it, release by release.
Frequently asked questions
How we work, what you keep control of, and what changes after launch.
Is an agentic website the same as an AI-generated one?
No. Strategy, design and the design system are made by people. Agents work inside that system, drafting pages, variants and tests, and a person on your team approves everything before it goes live.
Do we lose control of the website?
No, the opposite. The site, the code and the admin are yours. Roles and approvals decide who can publish, and nothing goes live without sign-off.
What happens to our search rankings during a rebuild?
We map every existing URL, set up redirects and keep what already ranks. Then we watch Search Console after launch and fix anything that slips.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the site. We'll give you a timeline and a fixed scope after a short call. Book one and we'll estimate within one business day.
What clients say about working with us
Buyers meet your product in an AI answer first and decide within a minute of landing. We design for both moments.
