The issuance, UPX HI 2025-1, is backed by a pool of unsecured, fixed-rate home improvement loans originated and underwritten via Upgrade’s Home Improvement platform by Cross River, their originating bank partner. It represents the first capital markets issuance tied to this program, underscoring growing institutional demand for real economy asset-backed finance. Fitch Ratings has assigned expected ratings of ‘A-sf’, ‘BBB-sf’, and ‘BB-sf’, all with a stable outlook across the capital stack. Last week marked the conclusion of LuminArx Capital's 2025 Summer Internship Program — a meaningful milestone for a talented cohort that has spent the past months fully immersed in our work.
