    Age Old Saying Alert 🚨: There's Skill and there's Will. While there may be an argument about whether you can 'teach' these, MY belief is you need to regularly invest. WILL investments show up as cultural commitments- building belongingness, reducing anxiety, celebrating strengths. These are investing in tools like Insights, team building time, 1:1 career conversations. SKILL investments look like THIS. Selecting foundational frameworks like Pragmatic Marketing and infusing it across the organization. A shared language is a brilliant starting point towards having deeper conversations. 3 days can be a lot to give! 3 days in Budget Season are a whole other level 🫠 That said, I wouldn't have done it any other way.
