Our telehealth commitment during the shutdown: Even during an unavoidable interruption, care doesn’t stop. Third Eye Health will continue providing after-hours telehealth support Clinicians remain on call nights & weekends. Partner Guidance: We recommend facilities hold telehealth site origination claims until the shutdown ends. CMS has announced a ten-business day hold on processing and will issue further guidance if the shutdown continues. We remain available off hours, keeping residents safe and treated in place.
