The Iowa Business and Childcare Coalition seeks to model and find business-based solutions to the childcare shortage, and to address additional challenges in the childcare system due to the pandemic.
We will achieve this by:
Sharing best practices and information on business-provided solutions (such as co-oped childcare, on-site childcare, and compensation packages that feature childcare assistance), and modeling expanded offerings in our own workforces.
