Joe Fitisemanu shared thisTo my friends, colleagues, and LinkedIn community, This holiday season has been unlike any other for my family. My esteemed father-in-law, Anthony Torres, passed away days before Thanksgiving. I love me some funny "in-laws" relationship jokes, but he really was my guy. My sister-in-law, Karissa, just passed away this week leaving two young, awesome kids. These special kids have so much potential and will do amazing things. I'm a simple man and I know they are in a better place continuing the work. I rarely ask for help, but this plea is for her children and the family burdened with planning a second funeral before Christmas. It's the holidays and money is tight, but I hope just a small sacrifice to a stranger's family in need is possible. My humble thank you for your prayers and support. Hug your loved ones a little tighter this Christmas season. Be grateful for the time and memories with them. Death is not the end and families can be together forever. Ask me if you want to learn how.Donate to Honor Karissa by Supporting Talon and Khloe, organized by Andrea HaugheyDonate to Honor Karissa by Supporting Talon and Khloe, organized by Andrea Haughey

This week, I'm celebrating 10 years at Adobe, and I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible people I've met, the opportunities I've been given, and everything I've learned along the way. Looking forward to what's next!

After spending so many years at YC, the bar for my next role was set extremely high. But choosing Notion as my next home was one of the easiest decisions I’ve made in a while. They… excuse me, we… are a truly world-class organization helping define the next era of work. I’m so pumped to bring my craft and love of experiences to programs that connect customers, builders, partners, and teams in meaningful ways. Grateful to be here, inspired by the people, and excited for what’s ahead. Oh, and Amelia Salyers and I are reunited, and it feels SO GOOD.

Joe Fitisemanu reacted on thisJoe Fitisemanu reacted on thisThis month marks five years at Adobe, and honestly, it still doesn't feel real. I started here at 21 as a Solutions Consulting Analyst in Digital Experience, fresh out of college and honestly just excited that someone had taken a chance on me. Five years later, after three promotions, multiple roles, a move across the country, a move across clouds, and an MBA from Fordham University, I'm now a Product Marketing Manager for Adobe Express, helping lead strategic partnerships with some of the biggest names in sports. Adobe has given me opportunities I could not have imagined when I started, from AfroTech and the Women's Executive Shadow Program to stretch projects, global demos, and presentations that helped shape the direction of my career. I've also had the opportunity to move into a role that feels like it was truly made for me. I get to be strategic and creative every day, whether I'm shaping how Adobe Express shows up with a partner, writing briefs, building campaigns, reviewing content, working with athletes, or brainstorming with some of the most brilliant and creative minds at Adobe. I spent a long time praying I would eventually find a role like this, and I'm so grateful that I took the risk, bet on myself, and went for it. Taking the leap into product marketing was one of the scariest career decisions I've made. I was leaving behind work I knew I was good at to pursue something completely new. But one of the biggest things I've learned is that I'm capable of figuring things out. When I really want something, I'm willing to work for it, take the risk, and trust that I'll find my way. Most importantly, Adobe has given me community. I've met some of the smartest, funniest, most driven people I know, many of whom have become some of my closest friends. These are people who care deeply about doing great work, but also remind me to enjoy life, protect my peace, and have a little fun along the way! Some of the people I met when Adobe first moved me to San Francisco are the same people I later moved to New York with, traveled with, and grew up alongside. There are far too many managers, mentors, teammates, and friends to tag, but I'm so grateful to every person who has poured into me, answered my questions, opened a door, trusted me with something new, or simply reminded me that I belonged in the room. I'm usually the person asking, "Okay, what's next?" I got the job. I got the promotion. I got the degree. What's the next big thing? But right now, I'm taking a moment to be proud of where I am today. I'm proud of what I've built, what I've overcome, and the woman I've become over these five years. I'm doing work that I love, with people I respect, at a company that has changed my life in more ways than I can count. God has truly blessed me beyond belief, and I do not take any of it for granted! I'm so grateful for every opportunity, every lesson, and every person who has been part of these last five years.

A customer I recently spoke with said, "Just look around - everybody and their mom is apparently an AI solution now." Made me laugh, because we're all seeing it. Augment is AI-native, not repurposed tech. That difference - and the opportunity it creates for customers - is a big reason I'm excited to be here. After spending more than a decade in the tech industry, and more recently in the fleet world, there are a number of reasons I'm all in on this opportunity. Thanks Harish Abbott Justin Hall Andrew Mintz for giving me the opportunity to join the team Motive, and the team I worked with, was a great experience. I learned a lot. Thanks to everyone I had the privilege of rubbing shoulders with - you know who you are.

When I started looking at what was next, I kept coming back to the same filter that's guided my whole career: go where the people are. What sold me on CoDev was a conversation with our CEO, Landon Essig. He has a clear mission, built entirely around people. Really good people doing really great work, for clients who get to treat them as a true extension of their own team. Then there's the track record. The growth CoDev has put up over the last five years tells you everything about the offering and the market fit. Grateful for the road that led here, and genuinely excited for this one. I've also been told the people in Utah County are pretty cool. We will see 😉 . To the CoDev team, thanks for the warm welcome and the Day 1 kit pictured below. Officially outfitted, no excuses now. To everyone who's been part of the last twenty years, another chapter starts now. And if you're looking to add real expertise to your team, true specialists who become a genuine extension of what you're building, please reach out. I would love to take you to lunch and see if we can help accelerate your growth.

Hiring an SDR isn’t just salary. When teams compare in-house SDR vs outsourced calling coverage, these costs are often underestimated: • Benefits + payroll taxes + overhead • Tooling (data, dialer, phone, sequencing, enablement) • Ramp time and time-to-productivity • Coaching, QA, and manager bandwidth • Process build (lists, messaging, reporting) • Turnover risk + pipeline disruption from resets For many teams, the goal isn’t “another SDR.” It’s consistent top-of-funnel coverage with clear expectations. What’s the priority this year? ✅ Speed ✅ Risk reduction ✅ Cost efficiency

You've seen the pitch. "30-120 qualified meetings per month. No SDR hires. $5K/month, done-for-you." The screenshots look great. Clay tables, booked calendlys, $180K pipeline testimonials. Here's what they don't tell you. Their real recurring cost stack runs $3,200 to $11,800 per month. Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, 10 burner domains, 8-15 Google Workspace seats, warmup tools, list enrichment overages, a VA to triage replies, and maybe a real copywriter. At $5K retail, they're running 20-30% gross margin if they're honest. At $12K cost and $5K price, they're losing money on you—which means the meetings dry up by month four. And "qualified meeting" means someone clicked a calendar link. Not budget-holder. Not in-market. Just clicked. Real funnel: 30 booked meetings → 18 show → 4 SQLs → maybe 1 close in 90 days. That math works at $30K ACV. At $5K ACV, you just spent half your gross margin on the agency before you delivered anything. I've been in the cold outbound trenches for 25 years. The AI stack is real. The arbitrage the agencies are selling you is not software—it's labor scale. One ops lead running eight clients instead of you hiring your own. That's the value. The rest is marketing. If you're evaluating one of these deals, the only number that matters is your fully-loaded cost-per-meeting against your blended ACV and close rate from cold. I built the full cost teardown, funnel math, and decision framework in the white paper. It's the conversation the agency won't have with you on the discovery call. SDR teams book 2.7× more meetings when they stop treating outbound like manual labor. And… They build their system with Salesfinity. This is what it looks like: #1 Fix the data problem first. Waterfall enrichment pulls contacts from 6+ providers, so reps actually have the right mobile numbers. #2 Create more live conversations. The AI dialer runs parallel calls and only connects reps when a human answers. #3 Automate the follow-up. Nurture AI categorizes calls, schedules the next touch, and suggests the message. With this, your list doesn’t shrink; it gets warmer. Here is the truth: outbound shouldn’t feel like a grind. It should feel like compound growth. Curious what that looks like in practice? Watch the full video.

Why most SDR programs fail in the first 18 months? The reality is that most companies wait too long to make decisions on underperforming SDRs. They watch the whole program struggle for months instead of addressing individuals who aren't progressing. Then they blame the SDR motion and shut it all down. Here's what we track when evaluating SDR performance: Month 1: Systems and Product Knowledge Can they navigate your CRM? Do they understand the product well enough to have a conversation? If not by week 4, that's red flag #1. Month 2: Work Ethic and Activity Are they making the calls? Sending the emails? Doing the outreach? If they can't hit activity metrics by month 2, that's red flag #2. Months 3-4: Skill Development Can they get people on the phone? Can they handle objections? This is the first real skill that takes time to build. 10% response rate and 20% objection handling by month 4. If they're not there, that's red flag #3. The difference between programs that scale and programs that shut down comes down to this: are you managing individuals or managing in bulk? Individual tracking builds stable teams. Bulk decisions create chaos. We've helped dozens of companies build SDR programs that don't just survive but actually scale. The key is hiring the right people and knowing exactly what to track from day one. If you're building or fixing your SDR program and want to talk through your specific situation, send us a DM. We're happy to walk through it with you.

What’s really sinking your SDR budget isn’t on the balance sheet. We broke it down in one graphic: The hidden costs lurking beneath every in-house SDR team: ✔ Churn that erases momentum ✔ Tools collecting dust ✔ Managers micromanaging instead of motivating ✔ Productivity gaps you can’t see ✔ Training that never sticks And the fix? A lean, outsourced SDR model that flips those liabilities into pipeline growth. See the infographic below, then dive deeper into the full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/g459EY-8 #B2BSales #LeadGeneration #SalesDevelopment #SalesStrategy #SDROutsourcing

One AI-native CS Agent replaced a $200K SaaS platform …and unlocked a GTM advantage the old stack never could. SaaS-native GTM is breaking — too many tools, gaps, and headcount. Teams react instead of prevent. We saw it with a $250M ARR SaaS company: ❌ NRR falling, retention weak, no usage visibility ❌ CSMs firefighting daily, planning to hire 8 more We replaced their $200K CS platform with: ⚡ GTM Intelligence Infrastructure 🧠 AI-native CS Agent Now they have: ✅ Unified context across CRM, usage, support, calls ✅ Real-time risk & expansion signals ✅ Agents orchestrating action with compounding memory Impact: 📈 +45% CSM capacity (no hiring) 📈 +250% expansion pipeline 💰 $200K saved This isn’t another tool. It’s a system that thinks. 🔔 Follow Revenue Labs for more AI-native GTM.

Most SDR courses teach you how sales used to work. This one is about how sales actually works right now. AI is already doing 30-40% of what SDRs were hired for. The question is simple: will you compete with it or use it? That’s why we’re launching Beat the AI SDR at Kick SaaS Academy. This is not a recorded course. No recycled slides. No surface-level theory. It’s a live, 10-hour cohort led by people who are building and selling in SaaS every day. Sessions by: Pratik Pandey 🇮🇳 Sayanta Ghosh Pooja Singh Atul Singh Plus a live AMA with Nehal Mamdani Ask anything about SDR careers, growth, AI impact, and what founders actually look for today. What we’ll cover: How SDRs are really using AI in 2026 Tools, workflows, and daily execution What makes an SDR job-ready today How to stay relevant as AI becomes default Format: Live sessions Monday to Friday 2 hours every day No recordings Limited seats If you’re an SDR, aspiring SDR, or early GTM professional feeling the AI pressure, this is for you.
