𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 - Update from my @stanford class in Spring 2026 (next coming up this weekend) 80 professionals — founders, executives, PMs — walked into my Stanford BUS 190 classroom (Winter 2026) and built working multi-agent systems before the session ended. Not wireframes. Not decks. 𝘍𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘴 — fundraising copilots, family activity finders with 4 specialized agents, restaurant booking systems with live API calls. But honestly, calling them "𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀" feels like an undersell... The best part? Three students — Rashmi Naik, Elena Stadlin, and @jason bro — wrote the full breakdown themselves. Their insights on 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, the shift from "What should we build?" to "What should AI decide?", and why you can't bolt a jet engine to a horse carriage... these are the conversations that matter. Surprisingly, it isn't just about code—it is a masterclass in "good taste" for any designer or developer, regardless of the tools you use. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿: We must move from 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘵-𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 to 𝚌̲𝚘̲𝚖̲𝚙̲𝚘̲𝚜̲𝚒̲𝚝̲𝚒̲𝚘̲𝚗̲–̲𝚍̲𝚛̲𝚒̲𝚟̲𝚎̲𝚗̲ ̲𝚍̲𝚎̲𝚜̲𝚒̲𝚐̲𝚗̲. We need to stop decorating containers and start elevating content. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿: 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯 Every scroll depth must Explain, Prove, Deepen, or Convert. If you can delete 30 percent of the copy and the message is clearer—keep deleting. Vikash Rungta shared thisJensen Huang's statement resonates deeply: "If that $500,000 engineer did not consume at least $250,000 worth of tokens, I am going to be deeply alarmed. This is no different than a chip designer who says 'I'm just going to use paper and pencil. I don't think I'm going to need any CAD tools.'" Reflecting on my experience as a chip designer, I recall that my tool costs typically ranged from 0.75x to 2x my annual salary. These expenses were never viewed as overhead; they were simply the necessary investments for developing complex integrated circuits. In one of my previous projects, I requested three engineers and $100 million in compute costs from leadership. The key takeaway here is to shift the focus from #tokens to the value generated. #AI #Agents #ProductManagement

My day started at 7:00 a.m. It ended around 9:00 p.m., standing in a brewery wondering if networking events should always include carbs. I coached two executives, met with two future clients, worked on a leadership search, taught a workshop on Crafting Your Career Story and how to actually use LinkedIn instead of treating it like a digital filing cabinet, had three KJS strategy meetings, met with a tech client, and somehow squeezed in getting my nails done because founders contain multitudes. Then I drove all the way to San Carlos in traffic… which, if you live in the East Bay, is basically an international business trip. Seriously, Phillip and Mukesh… where even is the peninsula 😇? I made it just in time for our very first KJS Coaching & Consulting networking event. No sponsors. Just KJS. No keynote. No agenda beyond getting really good people in the same room. We had to turn one small networking event into two… and somehow about 20% more people than we planned for still showed up last night! My always-present “what if nobody comes?” fear lasted approximately 30 seconds. Phillip Oaks absolutely crushed this one on every level! Big bonus goes to Nando Zucchi who showed up with bags of Eduardo's Pasta Company pasta for everyone. Not coupons. Not branded water bottles. Fresh pasta. The standard for networking gifts has been permanently altered. Then I looked around the room. People looking to raise capital met investors. People hiring met great people. People looking for advice met mentors. People talking M&A met people already a few chapters ahead of them. Nobody was working the room. They were asking how can I support you/your business! The conversations got louder. People stayed longer. New connections kept happening. By the end, it was very warm, I’d walked nearly 10,000 steps and talked for four straight hours and had a sheen that could not be passed off as “glowy” skin. My Oura Ring congratulated me on my workout. Apparently aggressive talking, hugging, and being charming is a cardio workout. I don’t make the rules. Side note: Not one of my partners offered me a taco and by the time I stopped talking the truck was closed. Noted, boys. Noted. 😘 Fortunately, the universe believes in balance. On the drive home, I found an In-N-Out 🍔with a drive-thru line so short it felt genuinely suspicious. I believe that was the universe’s way of apologizing for the taco loss. We’re doing it again next Friday. Same time. Same place. Round 2. Bringing this party back to the East Bay for the next one (and there will be many more) because your girl cannot keep crossing bridges like she’s Lewis and Clark. Bringing my own Costco sheet cake next Friday (I promise to share) because apparently I’m the Chief Carb Officer around here. Trust no one. Feed yourself. Microsoft, through its internal chipset design team, has developed Maia100 AI accelerator and Cobalt100 ARM-based CPU. While the adoption in the internal workloads remain limited, the project continuation at least shows commitment to their own ASICs for higher level of flexibility and differentiation, with Maia200 set to ramp production from 1H26 and will soon integrate two dies into on larger chiplet Maia280 in 2H26 as the semi-upgrade for more cost effective inference tasks before they launch Maia300 in 2028.
