What happens when thousands of HR leaders and innovators all gather in one place? You get honest conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and where the future of work is headed. This year’s HR Tech made one thing crystal clear: the industry is at a tipping point. 📌 The Challenge Leaders are drowning in tools but starving for value. Stacks are bloated, adoption is low, and integration is still a pain point. 📌 What We’re Excited About The shift away from shiny demos and “just another platform” toward real strategy. We’re finally seeing tech positioned not as the solution itself, but as the enabler of better decisions, better talent strategies, and more human workplaces. 📌 Where We Fit In At Catapaultt, our mission is simple: turn HR tech into a growth engine. We help leaders cut through the noise. We left HR Tech energized by the great connections, candid discussions, and the chance to share how we are helping leaders rethink transformation. Until next year, let’s keep pushing for clarity over chaos.

#HRTech2025 in Vegas continues to be the biggest stage in the human capital and HR Tech space—where ideas, innovation, and community collide. What stands out this year is that the excitement around AI and HR Tech finally feels earned. The solutions are practical, the enthusiasm is genuine, and the optimism across vendors, practitioners, and investors is contagious. A few reflections and learnings shaping conversations right now: True enthusiasm across the floor. The buzz is real—#GenAI is no longer just a promise, it’s making HR solutions sharper and more impactful. New vendors competing on cost. Startups are delivering “good enough” AI-powered solutions at dramatically lower price points, putting pressure on the market in the next 12–18 months. Fresh approaches to problem-solving. From Darwinbox’s Super Agent to Visier Inc.’s coaching product to PeopleInsight by HireRoad for SMBs — we are seeing innovation move into real, scalable use cases. RedThread Research Megatrends: Geopolitical instability, growth vs. people, workforce skills gaps, power shifts, and the realities of AI—these are not abstract concepts, but imperatives for leaders. Josh’s closing keynote. “AI has changed the game”—and it has. From skills and talent intelligence to analytics and next-gen HCM platforms, AI is fundamentally rewriting the HR Tech playbook. On a personal note, I feel grateful to have worked with and learned from Josh Bersin, Stacia Garr, Stacey Harris, Dani Johnson, and many more. They shaped the way I approached research—and as I now bring that lens into the consulting world, their influence continues to guide how I think about transformation, insights, and impact. What makes this community unique is its curiosity. It isn’t just about the next tool, but about asking deeper questions and unlocking the real transformation of work. Every year, #HRTech is a reminder: this is more than a conference. It’s where the future of our field is imagined, tested, and set into motion. #HRTech2025 #FutureOfWork #PeopleAnalytics #Leadership #hrtech
