@Avis I made a reservation for a vehicle 6 months ago. I show up at Dulles today to pick it, and it's not what I reserved and a downgrade. I ask for a different vehicle and get "those are reserved". Yeah, well so was the vehicle I reserved.
Customer service can be better.
