    The Fibonacci sequence can be used to quickly estimate miles in kilometers. The sequence is formed by adding the previous two numbers: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, … For example: 5 miles ≈ 8 kilometers 8 miles ≈ 13 kilometers 13 miles ≈ 21 kilometers 21 miles ≈ 34

    In September 2018, 89-year-old mathematician Michael Atiyah presented what he described as a simple proof of the Riemann Hypothesis at the Heidelberg Laureate Forum. Atiyah, a Fields Medalist and Abel Prize winner, claimed that his proof solved the famous 160-year-old problem.
