    Do you think that to sustain a conviction of gang affiliation in a deportation proceeding there is a trial where they have a jury use beyond a reasonable doubt? Is that what you think should occur? If so, how long would it take to deport the next 20k gang members who say they

    He does not need to be convicted. He broke the law when he entered illegally. Two judges found he is a member of a violent gang MS-13.

    1. When Garcia was arrested he was found with rolls of cash and drugs. 2. He was arrested with two other members of MS-13. 3. Two judges found that he was a member of MS-13. That finding has not been disturbed. 4. When arrested he was wearing what is effectively MS-13’s uniform.
