    Did you know that Norfolk Island permanently changed its UTC offset from +11:30 to +11:00 in 2015 and that timezones such as Europe/Dublin have an inverted DST scheme where the "standard" time is technically the DST offset? Two time zone math bugs fixed by @claudeai in
