    Making my way through @hubermanlab podcasts and in e12 he says "prolactin sets the refractory period on the male's ability to mate again". My understanding is that this hypothesis isn't widely accepted anymore. What's the latest?

    Just learned from @hubermanlab that shivering in an ice bath is good for building brown fat and losing other fat, while avoiding shivering is good for adjusting sleep and stress tolerance training. Pretty cool!

    AGI/superintelligent machines is an interesting and useful topic to discuss. But there is much, much more to AI ethics and responsible AI in the way that it's used RIGHT NOW. As a society, we absolutely need to address difficult questions of ethics in the current state of AI
