Today we’re unveiling @chemistry_fund - a new firm founded by @kshenster, @Mark_Goldberg_ and me. We’re also announcing a debut fund of $350M – dedicated to going all in with a select number of high conviction investments at the Seed and Series A. I couldn’t be more excited to

Amazing to see how many lives were touched by Om, across so many different domains and disciplines. #OmFest was such a touching, poignant, and thoughtful testament to an amazing man. Om’s spirit clearly lives on (and will be remembered for all of his many contributions…)

#OmFest kicked off with an amazing dedication of a bench in South Park in his honor. At the Swedish American Hall people are milling in, there are 60 quotes like this to find throughout the space, and much more. I’m about to have the fourth cup of coffee in my life.

Today, @ProximalHQ is announcing its $15M seed round led by @generalcatalyst, and @chemistry is proud to be part of the round. Some founding teams you meet and immediately start rooting for. Proximal is one of those. We back people first, and this team made that easy.

Growth investing as we knew it is dead. 2015-2025. RIP. The Point9 funding napkin used to be spectacular content (love those guys!), but it is irrelevant now. The VC industry structure based on SaaS: "unit economics", compounding growth, 10x revenue multiples in maturity

Why I’ve been struggling to create an updated version of our famous Funding Napkin for a while. ;-) More seriously - we will publish an update at some point and it will be funny, but meanwhile, check out all of the data published by @cartainc. It’s honestly a much better,
