Brilliant web design! The obnoxious cookie compliance pop-up gets completely covered by an unrelated (and impossible to close) video, which is itself partially covered by an uncloseable ad.
Is your system down, @CA_DMV? I tried renewing my truck registration online (never got a mailed notice that it was due BTW) but your website would not accept my information. Then I tried using the recommended phone line, and it would not accept my license plate either.
