“Every project is different. Something new and unusual is always coming into the shop. That’s the challenge and what makes this job fun,” said Franklin Venturini, millworker, Physical Plant. Yale’s Millwork Shop teems with jigsaws, chisels, and five masters of their craft who tackle large and intricate projects with care and skill.
