Hello, you rightfully locked the below article earlier today after an obvious troll using multiple I.P. addresses kept repeatedly reverting my factually constructive edits even after I explained them in overly-great detail on the article's Talk page.

Yet this delusional troll keeps writing incoherent nonsense on my Talk page *and* is even going as far as to delete my own replies to them (on *my own* Talk page). Can you please assist with permanently removing this pathetic spammer after their repeatedly exposed troll behavior?
