Better comments file naming and handling (NOT compatible with previous update), handling changes in content .md files name, send subscriptions email temporarily disabled.
Actually using url/md file as identifier, in next updates I'll work in unifying comments file IDs trying to match same HTMLy way (PostID, or page ID).
Comments are working also in static pages and author page.
