zscaler_zia: enable request trace log removal

Starting in v8.15.x, the `tracer.enabled` option was introduced to help
delete existing logs when `enable_request_tracer` is set to false.
Additionally, this PR fixes the package version string in the ingest
pipeline to correctly display the link present in `error.message` for
the `saas_security` data stream.
