Describe the feature:

Expose a config (kibana.yml? env var?) that allows a developer to start Kibana with the default space configured to, for example, the Elasticsearch solution view (instead of classic)

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

When I am "start local"-ing from a solution page (i.e. curl -fsSL https://elastic.co/start-local | sh)
I need to see the solution nav and not classic
So I can get the same UX that i'm seeing advertised on the solution page without having to know about configuration
