Summary

The current UI for the archive maintenance window action is confusing.

Instead of a banner, a button should be added to the left side of the footer, and the warning text should be displayed in a confirmation modal.

The text should be rephrased to:

Upcoming maintenance window events will be canceled, and the window will be queued for deletion.
