[Publishing] Content entities appear to briefly ignore set slug (and instead return slugified titles) #2343

Description

Possibly related to #2335, but we've seen at least one instance in which a newly published post (which was scheduled) appears with the slugified title instead of the slug itself.

For example, this post briefly appeared with https://blog.cloudflare.com/how-were-rethinking-work-at-cloudflare-with-cloudflare-os/. And moreover, it rendered enough to populate a preview image on a Tweet, so it seems to have existed at some point.
