When i try to use my copilot account inside the visual studio i received the following messages

I try to buy a pro subscription but it is failed

What it is must be to resolve this issue ?

When I click on this button, I am directed to the GitHub Copilot settings page, which is fine. However, when I click on the following button, the next page does not load. I have tried with different browsers and cleared my browser cache, but nothing works.

But the issue is still there.

I believe the root cause of this issue is neither my PC nor my browser because it's happening to other users, and they have the same behavior.

So, I think it's a bug related to GitHub Copilot

when i try to sin up in the github copilot page to doing manualy the reniewing for my subscrition the page dose not loadind

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

We are investigating reports of users unable to utilize Copilot Free after a trial subscription has ended for Copilot Pro. Sorry for the trouble caused.

Current Status

The changes have been reverted and we are seeing signs of recovery. We expect impact to be largely mitigated, but are continuing to monitor and will update further as progress continues.

July 29, 2025 - For two days, I have been trying to subscribe to CoPilot Pro. In VS Code, my trial ended. After pressing the "Activate" button on the right of the order form, it says (in the red bar at the top) that it cannot find my subscription to reactivate. The payment method is Ok and verified. I deleted and reinstalled extensions in VS Code, cleaned browser cookies, and nothing helped. Activation loop...

Just submitted a ticket 2 days ago that's be left unread - I wanna upgrade to copilot pro as well but when I goto make the payment I'm just taken to the copilot website. I try to use it and it says Access denied.
