What’s guaranteed?

In short: a phone always gets a case, tempered glass and a stand, and a watch always gets a strap and a watch case. During a preorder window the phone box adds a cleaning kit, a 65W GaN charger and USB-C earbuds, and the watch box adds a cleaning kit and a screen protector.
What bonus rewards can I win?
Prizes ride in the expanded Mystery Box only — the always-on tier is guaranteed gear with no draw. In a launch box: 1 in 10 wins an Amazon or Google Play gift card; 1 in 100 wins a Silver Ticket (redeem for Galaxy Buds Pro); 1 in 250 wins a Golden Ticket (redeem for a Galaxy Watch of your choice); and 1 in 1,000 wins a Platinum Ticket (redeem for a free phone).
How do I participate?
(1) Sign in to your SammyGuru Rewards account and order a qualifying model through your affiliate link — that’s it, we confirm the order automatically, so there’s nothing to submit. (2) We’ll ask for your shipping details, then post your gear on us. Didn’t use your link, or weren’t signed in? A quick backup form goes out via our newsletter so you can still claim.
When are orders confirmed and boxes shipped?
Orders confirm automatically once placed; once we have your shipping details, you’re all set. Launch boxes ship in waves about 1–2 weeks after Samsung’s retail release. Between launches, Bonus Gear goes out as claims come in.
Do I pay any fees or shipping costs?
No. The gear and all shipping are free for qualifying orders made through our affiliate links.
What if I forget to use your affiliate link?
Buying through our affiliate link is what makes you eligible — it’s how your order gets credited and how the program is funded. If your order wasn’t tracked (you weren’t signed in, or didn’t use your link), use the quick backup form we share on launch morning and we’ll match it by hand. No affiliate order, no box — the commissions are what keep the program running.
Can I claim more than one?
Yes — multiple qualifying orders (different models, or duplicates of the same device) can each receive gear. Just place each order through your affiliate link while signed in, and each one is tracked automatically.
Where do you ship?

What if something is missing or damaged?
Email us with photos and your order info. We replace missing or defective guaranteed items once confirmed. Bonus tickets are matched against our internal logs for authenticity.
Can I choose my bonus (Buds vs Watch)?
No — rewards are tied to your ticket type: a Silver Ticket redeems for Galaxy Buds Pro, a Golden Ticket redeems for a Galaxy Watch (your choice of model at redemption), and a Platinum Ticket redeems for a free phone.
Does the offer ever stop?
No. Bonus Gear runs all year on the models listed at the top of this page, and each Galaxy launch adds a preorder window where it upgrades to the expanded Mystery Box. Every new drop is announced on our site and in the newsletter.
How is this funded?
Through commissions from Samsung affiliate sales. We reinvest the majority into accessories, tickets, and shipping — keeping a small portion to sustain the program for future Galaxy launches and to pay our writing staff.
Any fine print?
Launch boxes ship in waves, so you may receive yours later depending on your place in the queue. Accessory variants (color, style) may vary — some variation is random. Bonus tickets are limited by quantity (the 1/10, 1/100, 1/250, 1/1,000 odds), ride in expanded Mystery Boxes only, and can’t be reassigned once allocated.
