Health Philosophy

“I believe that all aspects of health and wellness begin with first, recognizing the role of mental health in shaping medical outcomes for diseases. After that, the journey toward a goal— improved mental health and well-being, a fulfilling career or a better quality of life when living with a chronic medical condition—all involve cultivating awareness. I strive to help people achieve that understanding and once there, move forward to a place of acceptance, motivation and transformation.”
