  • One of my biggest achievements is ongoing; it’s the privilege of leading a team of nutrition professionals through this dynamic and transformative period in the nutrition industry. Our team has exhibited resilience and adaptability, consistently evolving to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world. Together, we have served over 30,000 clients, and we’re just getting started!
  • I pioneered the creation and authoring of a nutrition curriculum for a large metropolitan medical weight loss center. In this capacity, I played a key role in developing a specialized program that addresses the unique nutritional needs of individuals with complex metabolic disorders and specialized nutritional needs. The curriculum not only encompasses nutritional guidance but also focuses on long-term lifestyle changes for sustained health.
  • I’m proud to have recently spearheaded a personalized meal-planning program. Through this program, I implemented evidence-based nutrition strategies to improve overall diet compliance and client satisfaction. The initiative included personalized nutrition consultations, the development of healthy eating resources and custom meal plans crafted to assist the client with decision-making around meal time.
