So Dolmio created these naked pasta ads. The artwork is amazing. But the psychology is brilliant too. It uses Expectation Violation Theory to full effect. This is when we see something unexpected, so it grabs out attention. Which is exactly what great advertising needs to do. People ignore ads because they know what they look like, and where to expect them. But these Dolmio ads create the unexpected. Which makes us look twice. And that's all a brand needs to be remembered. This is why Attention Planning isn’t a static calculation. It depends entirely on the context of the media, and the novelty of the creative. Amazing work as always by Aman Matharu and the Dolmio gang.

Throughout the years, I've designed several of them and what I've found for my advertisers is that the more they have to run ahead of time, the better their campaigns will be. I have noticed the exact same artwork on the exact same billboards being reprinted and reused every year. I prefer to ask more questions, deliver more designs, work longer, spend more time on the details, understand every location, and deliver stunning work. If you would like to work with me, I am available now on a monthly basis where I am available for a month at a time, or a year at a time. In 2026, I am looking to change my business to where I am working on projects for nearly a month, getting the time sensitive designs out quickly while working every single day for the whole month for my advertisers campaigns, which means that they will receive a large number of high quality designs that can be used for years to come.

After building dozens of AI agents for many years, here is what I got to say: The biggest challenge in building AI agents is agent’s long term memory. LLMs with huge context windows are pretty much scams, cuz they compress the text under the hood making it completely unreliable for any serious task (the error accumulation and forward propagation when run in an agentic loop ). Existing LLMs would be capable of replacing humans if only the memory problem was really solved. But..nobody has come even close to solving this yet, and it may take a decade until this is solved. I won’t even be surprised if it turns out that our general intelligence comes from our insanely amazing memory engine in our brains coupled with the logical apparatus. Right now the LLM can only apply logic, but it can’t memorize things as our brain does, therefore we’re very far from AGi or even a basic 100% autonomous ai agent. Unfortunately :( But, I have an idea to solve this at least for business ai agents. I’ll present my solution soon in my next ai agents release.

Until now, AI video just tried to make things up to “look” like they made sense but without really knowing how the real world works. Now Google says video models are starting to show signs of early reasoning. They don’t just create visuals. They simulate cause and effect: water bends light, arrows flip, objects interact in ways that actually follow the rules of physics. And this changes everything. Because once AI can understand not just text, but the physical world through video and simulations, it opens the door to new opportunities: smarter robots, better training, more realistic design, even science powered by AI experiments. At #GPU densities of 50–100 kW per rack, air cooling breaks down fast. The result? Throttled workloads, stranded racks, and stranded capital. For years, cooling was an afterthought., #CRAC units, airflow tweaks, chilled water loops. Reliable, but invisible. AI changed that. - Direct-to-chip liquid cooling is moving from pilot projects to production. - Immersion is no longer fringe, it’s becoming viable for training clusters. - Metrics like #PUE and #WUE now drive valuations, not just engineering specs. This isn’t engineering trivia. It’s capital allocation. Investors, boards, and policymakers need to treat cooling as strategy, not infrastructure plumbing. Because in the #AI era, whoever controls the heat, wins.
