In the 3.5 years that I’ve been at HubSpot, I’ve worked across Services and Product. I’ve learned to excel in ambiguity, absorb chaos and pass down clarity, drive decisions on high visibility initiatives, and deeply excel at cross functional collaboration. Those skills and achievements haven’t gone unnoticed, in fact, they were acknowledged from small wins through the most coveted public acknowledgement we offer- here’s a small peek of the awards I’ve racked up: HEART Award President’s Club Fellows MBA-style program 3 Top Performer Awards Top 10% Performer in my H2 ‘22 review I’ve driven incredibly high profile initiatives across both Product and Services, such as Partner Outsourced Onboarding, Business Units, Apply Privacy, Messaging, Governance, and Sandboxes. If we look a little farther back, prior to HubSpot I spent 5 years working for a Saas platform in Success, Pre Sales, and Services, making my depth of experience truly understanding customer needs and translating them into business priorities my strongest quality. You took a biochem major who didn’t know how websites worked and gave her the time and opportunity to build with a best-in-class product team. Art was something I had done throughout my childhood, from drawing classes to taking every art elective at school to ceramics at the local studio. When it came time for college, I made a very practical decision to major in business instead of pursuing being an artist. After spending time painting some watercolor flowers at a free class last weekend, I went online and bought myself a watercolor kit. I had given away my old painting supplies many years ago, but now seemed like the perfect time to start small and find joy in creating art again. I'm a bit rusty but picking up a brush again was like muscle memory. #art #watercolor

I owe Stripe so much and I will always carry gratitude for the amazing people I had the privilege of working with. They taught me the real meaning of executing well with grace and skill under pressure. Could not be more excited for what's ahead. Getting to do finance and strategy at a company building frontier AI, with this much care and seriousness about doing it well, is the kind of work I've hoped to do for a long time. Stripe is a place where the bar never stops rising, where the people around you make you sharper, more curious, and more ambitious simply by being in the room. There's always more to build, more to learn, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Grateful for the incredible Stripes I get to learn from every day, and for a mission I believe in more now than the day I joined.

The product story was amazing with Adaptive Pricing driving a 17.8% cross-border revenue uplift, Stripe Managed Payments opening up 195 countries, the Agentic Commerce Suite letting businesses sell directly inside AI interfaces, Radar now covering Bacs Direct Debit, a new Lloyds Bank partnership, and in Paris a celebration of 10 incredible years in France culminating in us now powering 800k+ businesses, two-thirds of French unicorns, and half the CAC 40. Our SA team showed up in force across both cities, running back-to-back user meetings, powering the booths, and taking to the stage. The depth of knowledge and energy they brought to every single conversation was something to behold. None of it happens without our incredible cross-functional colleagues in sales and services, who were shoulder-to-shoulder with us. And a huge shoutout to our marketing team who turned ExCeL London and the former French Stock Exchange into incredible Stripe showcases, and made it all look effortless. Auf nach Berlin! 🇩🇪 In zwei Wochen machen wir das nochmal diesmal mit Techno und Brezeln. See you at Stripe Tour Berlin on June 30th. Bis dann! 🥨
