Some features require linking your Amazon account, and downloading the Alexa application or using a compatible Alexa device. Internet connection speeds and availability depend on your internet service provider; if your internet service provider does not provide you with the maximum supported speed, you will not experience that maximum speed. Maximum network speeds, if applicable, reflect combined supported speeds across wired and wireless clients. Maximum wireless signal rates are derived from IEEE 802.11 standard. Specifications assume wired Ethernet connection; your experienced speed may vary when connected to an eero device that is configured as a wireless extender. Coverage estimates are based on normal use conditions. Actual range and performance can vary, and maximum supported speeds may not be available to all customers, due to factors such as local regulations (including power limits), network configuration, interference, connected devices, device usage, building materials, and obstructions. Specifications are based on use of a Wi-Fi 6 or later generation client device that supports 160 MHz. For more information about eero performance, visit support.eero.com.

After extensive research into different Wi-Fi brands, I decided to go with Eero Mesh Wi-Fi, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been six months now, and the system has been flawless. My network issues, which used to be a constant headache, are a thing of the past.

Eero’s seamless connectivity has been particularly impressive. My Ring cameras now work perfectly, with no lag or dropouts, and every corner of my house has reliable coverage. Setting up the system was a breeze, and the app makes managing the network simple and intuitive.

If you’re tired of patchy connections or dead spots, Eero is worth every penny. It’s a reliable, hassle-free solution that has made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life. Highly recommended!

So easy to use and gives a high quality, reliable wifi signal throughout my home. I hesitated due to the price, but I'm so glad I bought into the Eero system. I've plugged the Eero into my main broadband router, and suddenly my wifi is so much better. It has let me establish a secondary network to which I connect all my devices without any deterioration of my wifi signal (which was not the case when I added lots of devices to the router supplied by my NBN provider). I'm very happy with this solution!

Prior to this we had Google Nest products spread through out our house, covering an area of about 250 square metres. Recently we found that the nest mesh network kept dropping out inexplicably and out of pure frustration I have switched to these Amazon eero 6+ devices. I noticed too that my ISP (Aussie Broadband) has stopped selling the google nests as part of their recommended line up for routers/wifi and are listing these instead. Wanting a path of least resistance when accessing support, and having done a little bit of research around this product, when this came on sale it made sense to make the jump.

Note: I've previously worked in tech and am the go to person in my extended family and friend groups for all things tech. I'm out of touch with doing this stuff every day, so I was looking for something straight forward, that I could also then recommend to my less tech savy contacts.

The first thing that stood out was the app and install process for the devices. The app made it extremely straight forward, although I did have to reboot the device during the first run through as it couldn't detect an internet connection. From there it was smooth sailing to add the second and third access point.

What has really proven interesting is seeing which devices are linking with which wifi point including the strength of the signal. I also liked that during setup, it tested the placement of the wifi point to make sure it was getting a good signal from the other points.

The app is simple to use, intuitive and has some great controls that I could see younger families using - you can group together devices under a profile - then turn off internet access for that profile with one click. For example I grouped devices under Dad, Mum, Kid 1, Kid 2, Rumpus Room, Study. (My kids are now young adults, so I won't be needing it, but was impressed at how easy that was to setup).

I also like the ability where you can search the network by name, or IP - useful when you're trying to figure out which device just added to your network, so you can name and categorise the devices correctly.

The only possible negative is that once I connected my xbox one, in the network settings it reported "Double NAT detected"... https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/help/hardware-network/connect-network/double-nat-detected
I haven't yet figured out how to fix that, but it's not a huge priority for me as I'm not doing a huge amount of player vs player gaming online on the xbox... interestingly the PS5 didn't report anything of that nature, which either means it doesn't care, or it doesn't surface the issue, or it it's not an issue for the PS5. Who knows!

I haven't opted in for the paid premium option, but so far I don't feel like it's anything worth paying for. The usage graphs at different time periods might be something I might pay for, but for now I'm happy with the default freebie option which gives me just enough info.

Overall after 24 hours of using the product, I'm very happy with it. Having said that... I thought the same thing of the Google Nest products at the same interval!

Very easy to set up. Works all the time. When I swapped Modems and kept the WIFI details the same no problem, they never missed a beat. They have a direct ethernet option, automically switching of course.
