Picture is wide angle and clear, sound quality is excellent and 2-way conversations easy (I did have some tech issues at first which was sorted out quick smart by Ring Assistance, found them so helpful and the issue was me 😄. People, there's a protective clear plastic cover around the camera, REMOVE IT!). Ring product is great, Ring assistance was great, I'll be using Ring for all my home security going forward!

The field of view is better than the standard static model, and the ability to move the camera is amazing. I installed it on the wall in a matter of minutes, and it worked straight away. It has a home setting function so if you have panned and tilted all over the place you can send it right back to its home position that you have previously set. The picture is crisp and clear, as is the video playback. I have this one outside under our patio so it should be well protected from the elements, but I really with they would come up with an outside model. For $130 this was worth it for sure.
