    Our mission has always been to create a more positive and inspiring platform where everyone, especially young people, feel safe and supported. Partnering with the Schultz Family Foundation to launch the Youth Mental Health Corps reflects that commitment: we’re investing in youth-led mental health solutions that train young adults to offer near-peer mental health support to help teens. Wanji Walcott, Pinterest Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer, shares more about our efforts heading into YMHC’s second year, “In its first year, the YMHC has had a meaningful impact on thousands of middle and high school students across the U.S., demonstrating the power of collective action. Pinterest is deeply committed to supporting youth mental health both online and in real life, and will continue to come to the table with meaningful solutions." 📌

    In its first year, the Youth Mental Health Corps deployed 317 members across 172 service sites, serving over 16,000 young people in Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, and Texas! This year, that impact will extend to California, Iowa, Maryland, New York, Oregon, Utah, and Virginia as Corps members bridge the gap in mental health support while gaining valuable on-the-job experience to prepare for careers in behavioral health. And the momentum continues to grow — seven more states will join in fall 2026, bringing the total engaged to 18. An independent assessment by WestEd of the YMHC's first year finds that the YMHC, co-created by the Schultz Family Foundation and Pinterest, is making a measurable difference in schools and communities. This early impact wouldn't be possible without our incredible supporters: Dream Machine Innovation Lab, Mae Philanthropies, Pivotal Ventures, and The Starbucks Foundation .     Visual search isn’t just the future, it’s happening right now. Today at Pinterest Presents, we unveiled new ad solutions built specifically for the visual-first world, and designed to help advertisers meet our users where they are. 🎯 Top of Search ads - 45% of clicks happen in the top ten slots of search results, and we’re previewing a new ad format that serves ads right where the journey begins. Wayfair, an early tester, saw a 237% CTR increase in just two weeks. 📍 Local inventory ads - Now available in shopping markets, retailers can surface real-time pricing for in-stock items within a shopper’s approximate store radius. Canadian Tire achieved 48% better efficiency and 16.5% higher store visits. 🔗 Media Network Connect - Our new self-service tool integrates first-party data from partners like Kroger and Instacart directly into Pinterest Ads Manager, allowing media networks to securely share their first‑party audiences, product catalogs and/or conversion data with their advertising partners. 📌Learn more about today’s announcements and see the full recap here: https://lnkd.in/gHrndFkp
