Sandro Mancuso reposted thisSandro Mancuso reposted thisSometimes you need to step back to realise how far you’ve come. Joining Codurance 5.5 years ago, we were a 50ish craftsperson business occupying three offices. Fast forward to today and we’re spread across 9 offices in 5 countries! With clients spanning the US, Europe, Africa, Saudi Arabia and Australia. We’ve gone from closing 2/3 deals a quarter, to closing 13 deals in Q2 and 12 now in Q3 of 2026!! Sandro Mancuso reposted thisSandro Mancuso reposted thisCasa cheia ontem no NB Steak!

Sandro Mancuso reposted thisOops... we did it again... 😅Sandro Mancuso reposted thisWe're pleased to share that Codurance has been named a Select Partner in the OpenAI Partner Network. For over a decade, we've helped organisations modernise legacy systems, rebuild platforms, and deliver software with the discipline of Software Craftsmanship. This partnership gives us a formal route into OpenAI's training and enablement, so we can bring that same rigour to how we design, build, and govern AI-powered delivery for our clients. Model capability isn't the hard part of AI adoption anymore. The hard part is finding the right use cases, redesigning workflows, and making it stick. That's exactly where we focus. We'll be getting more of our consultants certified over the coming months, and continuing to support clients as they adopt AI tooling across their businesses to drive real value. #Tecnologia #ProdutoDigital #EngenhariaDeSoftware #SoftwareCraftsmanship #TransformacaoDigital #IA #ModernizacaoDeSoftware #Lideranca #Inovacao

Sandro Mancuso liked thisSandro Mancuso liked thisThanks a lot to everyone who joined my talk on Thursday at the London Software Craftsmanship Community meetup. It's always interesting to hear the questions afterward. And although I don't know all the answers, the resulting discussions can help to discover new perspectives. Like this time, many points were raised about empathy - whether people are born with different levels of empathy, if empathy depends on the environment where a person grew up, if empathy can be trained, and even if AI has empathy. Some of the other interesting discussions were around the challenges that remote work brings to teamwork and how to motivate people to keep improving their tech skills when AI already knows so much. And of course, a special thank you goes to Codurance, Aman Panesar, Natalie Gray and Rowan Lea for making it all happen and being such amazing hosts. P.S. another special highlight was experiencing Wembley singing "It's My Life" together with Bon Jovi the next day 🎙️

Sandro Mancuso liked thisLooking forward to it Steve Budd The relationship between Codurance and AI Pathfinder is an incredibly important one that brings a lot of value to the PE community 🤝Sandro Mancuso liked thisWe welcome back Codurance who joins us as Activation Partner for the AI Pathfinder Private Equity AI Strategy Day in London on Tuesday 15 September, hosting a hands-on workshop in our value creation stream. Codurance is a global software consultancy headquartered in London, specialising in helping private equity-backed businesses grow through AI-driven technology. For over a decade they've worked alongside investors, board advisors, NEDs and portfolio businesses across the full investment lifecycle, from pre-acquisition technical and AI due diligence through to value creation and exit readiness. Their session, hosted by Steve Lydford and Rob Gray, is Building Defensibility During the Hold: Where AI Compounds Portco Value. It puts delegates in the seat of a newly appointed portco CTO: work out which parts of the business genuinely underpin enterprise value, spot the AI claims that would fall apart in exit diligence, and prioritise the first 18 months of the hold. The question it leaves in the room: would your portco's AI story survive diligence at exit? It's a perfect fit for where this community is now. Adoption is becoming table stakes; the advantage is built in the foundations, and it compounds over a hold. Not how AI can assist the work, but where it genuinely creates defensible value, and where it only looks like it does. If you'd like to join us in London on 15 September, head to: https://lnkd.in/exRWiuqs #PrivateEquity #AI #ValueCreation #PortfolioOperations

Outdated integrations block more than workflows, they block momentum. For one of the UK’s leading public transport providers, a complex, costly integration platform was holding back scalability, speed and innovation. PMC partnered with them to modernise and migrate their integration platform to AWS - retiring legacy complexity and building an agile, future-ready foundation for growth. PMC delivered: ➡️Significantly lowered licensing and operational costs ➡️A scalable, elastic architecture that adapts to changing demand ➡️Faster issue detection and resolution through enhanced real-time visibility ➡️A seamless transition with zero disruption by preserving existing API contracts The result? A modern infrastructure built for agility, resilience and continuous innovation. Still letting legacy integrations dictate your pace? Good service positioning should not begin with what we want to sell. It should begin with what the market is actually trying to solve. When we started shaping our latest Primewayz UK insight, the first direction looked commercially obvious: software development subscriptions, recurring technical capacity and clearing delivery backlogs. But “commercially obvious” is not the same as strategically correct. Before finalising the article, we tested the topic against several decision factors: - Search demand. - Buyer language. - Google and Bing intent. - SERP expectations. - The competitor coverage. - Existing page ownership. - Primewayz delivery capability. - Conversion relevance. Some phrases appeared attractive but described our service rather than the buyer’s problem. Others were relevant but too broad, too technical or likely to compete with existing commercial pages. The real issue became clearer through the research: Businesses were not necessarily looking for “more software development”. They were experiencing disconnected systems, manual handovers, duplicated information, unreliable reporting and workflows that nobody fully owned. That reframed the entire service positioning. The final reader-facing headline became: You’re Already Paying for the Software. Why Isn’t It Paying You Back? The search-led framing became: Disconnected Business Systems Cost UK SMEs The distinction matters. One creates attention. The other provides search clarity. Together, they connect a recognisable business problem with a measurable operational cause. The same approach applies when we recommend services. We do not begin by assuming a business needs replacement software, a rebuild or additional development capacity. We first determine whether the right response is to: Configure. Integrate. Extend. Retire. Or replace. That decision should come from evidence, not preference. At Primewayz UK, service recommendations are shaped through business signals, workflow analysis, technical constraints, commercial priorities and measurable outcomes. Because the strongest solution is not the one that sounds most impressive. It is the one that addresses the right problem. Take a look on "You’re Already Paying for the Software. Why Isn’t It Paying You Back?" and share your insignt on service demand scenario. https://lnkd.in/d3K58RzT #PrimewayzUK #DigitalTransformation #BusinessSystems #SoftwareIntegration #UKSMEs #TechnicalSEO #ContentStrategy #SoftwareDevelopment #WorkflowAutomation #DigitalStrategy
