  • Ravens' Jovaughn Gwyn: Will be sideliend for 2-to-3 months

Gwyn was diagnosed with a fractured fibula that will likely require surgery, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

The fourth-year center is expected to be sidelined for 2-to-3 months, though likely more if he ends up undergoing surgery. Backup center Ethan Pocic (knee) is also expected to miss significant time, and with Danny Pinter (knee) on injured reserve, that leaves rookie first-rounder Olaivavega Ioane as the starting center for the Ravens for Week 4 against the Titans.

  • Ravens' Chris Moore: Limited in practice Wednesday

Moore (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Moore was limited for two sessions before upgrading to a full participant Friday ahead of the Ravens' Week 3 win over the Cowboys in Rio. The wide receiver was able to play through the ankle injury before, meaning his practice participation during Week 4 prep will likely mirror that of Week 3. If Moore follows the same schedule, he will be set to suit up for Sunday's game against the Titans.

  • Ravens' Durham Smythe: Limited participant Wednesday

Smythe (heel) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Smythe likely suffered the heel injury during the Ravens' 34-31 win over the Cowboys in Rio. The tight end being a limited participant after recently sustaining the injury is a positive sign for his ability to suit up for Sunday's game against the Titans. Smythe will likely need to upgrade to a full participant by Friday's practice to dodge any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game.

  • Ravens' Zay Flowers: Limited practice Wednesday

Flowers (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Sam Cohn of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Baltimore is continuing to exercise caution with its star receiver, who is working his way back to 100 percent from a hamstring injury. Flowers was effective in his return Sunday but logged only 21 (33 percent) snaps. He didn't aggravate the injury Sunday, though his practice reps remain limited for now.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Limited due to back injury

Jackson was listed as limited Wednesday due to a back injury, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

According to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Jackson wasn't on the field early in Wednesday's practice but later joined his teammates. Coach Jesse Minter downplayed the issue after practice, and now it's official that Jackson is dealing with a back issue. Jackson's status for Sunday doesn't appear to be in jeopardy at this stage, but this will be one to monitor going into the weekend.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Nursing minor injury

Ravens head coach Jesse Minter said that Jackson is dealing with "something small" and was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Jackson wasn't known to be nursing an injury during or coming out of this past Sunday's 34-31 win over the Cowboys in Brazil, as he played every snap in the contest while accounting for two touchdowns, 186 passing yards and 50 rushing yards in the victory. The Ravens will post their first Week 4 injury report later Wednesday, when the nature of Jackson's health concern will be revealed. Given Minter's comments, whatever issue Jackson is dealing with isn't expected to keep him from playing Sunday versus the Titans.

  • Ravens' Roquan Smith: Notches sack in Rio win

Smith logged nine tackles (three solo), including 1.0 sacks, during the Ravens' 34-31 win over the Cowboys in Rio on Sunday.

Smith played 100 percent of the Ravens' defensive snaps for the third straight game. The linebacker has yet to miss a defensive play and led the Ravens in tackles for the second time this season. Smith sacked quarterback Dak Prescott on third and goal in the first quarter for minus-9 yards, leading to the Cowboys settling for a field goal on the team's opening drive.

  • Ravens' Mark Andrews: Three catches in victory

Andrews caught three of five targets for 24 yards during Sunday's 34-31 win over the Cowboys.

Andrews was limited by a hand injury that he suffered in the second quarter, and he was only on the field for 33 of the team's 64 offensive snaps. The tight end has recorded at least three catches in each of the team's first three games, reeling in 13 of 18 targets for 122 yards so far this season. Andrews has yet to reach the end zone this year, and his next chance will come against the Titans in Week 4.

  • Ravens' Ethan Pocic: Set to miss time with knee injury

Pocic (knee) is set to miss significant time, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

Pocic suffered a knee injury during the Ravens' Week 3 win over the Cowboys in Rio. Pocic's exit marks the third significant injury to a Ravens center, following Danny Pinter's (knee) August fall and former starter Jovaughn Gwyn's (ankle) injury in the Week 3 contest as well. With all three offensive linemen out for either the season or a large amount of time, Olaivavega Ioane will be the new starter for the Ravens.

  • Ravens' Jovaughn Gwyn: Likely headed to IR

Gwyn (ankle) is set to miss significant time, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

Gwyn suffered a serious ankle injury during the Ravens' Week 3 win over the Cowboys in Rio. The starting center will likely be transferred to injured reserve soon as he focuses on recovering from the injury for a potential late-season playoff push. Olaivavega Ioane is set to start at center for Sunday's game against the Titans.

  • Ravens' Zay Flowers: Slated for full workload Week 4

Head coach Jesse Minter said Monday that he expects Flowers to carry a full workload in Week 4 against the Titans on Sunday, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

Flowers had his workload limited during Sunday's 34-31 win against the Cowboys in Brazil. Despite playing only 21 snaps on offense, the fourth-year wide receiver finished with five catches on six targets for 84 yards to lead the Ravens pass catchers in all three categories. Flowers will be Lamar Jackson's favorite target heading into Week 4 against a Titans defense that ranks eighth in the league in passing yards allowed per game (189.0).
