  • Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Still dealing with hamstring injury

Kinchens (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Kinchens has been sidelined for the Rams' last two contests due to a hamstring injury he suffered back in Week 1 versus the 49ers, and his status for Week 4 is now also in doubt. He'll likely need to practice in full Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

  • Rams' Nate Landman: Still nursing shoulder issue

Landman (shoulder) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Landman was able to play through the shoulder injury during Sunday's game at Denver, but he's apparently still not back at full strength. Barring any setbacks, however, there's still a good chance he'll suit up in Week 4 at Philadelphia.

  • Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Logs DNP on Wednesday

Ferguson (ankle) officially didn't practice Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Ferguson had X-rays performed on his ankle during this past Sunday's game at Denver, and while he was able to return to the game, he finished fourth among Rams right ends in offensive snaps (22 of 86). On Monday, coach Sean McVay told Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register that Ferguson "likely" will be out this coming Sunday in Philadelphia, so his lack of reps Wednesday doesn't come as a surprise. Colby Parkinson (shoulder) also was a DNP on the first Week 4 injury report, so L.A.'s current healthy tight ends on the active roster are Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen and Max Klare.

  • Rams' Puka Nacua: Officially limited Wednesday

Nacua (hip) officially was limited at Wednesday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Nacua thus upheld coach Sean McVay's expectations of the stud wide receiver as the Rams kicked off Week 4 prep. After missing the last two games due to a hip injury that McVay alternatively has called soreness in his groin, Nacua also is expected to play in Sunday's game at Philadelphia, as McVay told Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site on Wednesday. How Nacua fares at practice Thursday and Friday likely will determine if he heads into the weekend with a designation.

  • Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Will not practice Wednesday

Head coach Sean McVay said Ferguson (ankle) will not practice Wednesday, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Additionally, Colby Parkinson (shoulder) will not practice Wednesday. Ferguson is not expected to play Sunday against the Eagles after spraining his ankle last Sunday night against the Broncos. If neither Ferguson nor Parkinson can suit up against Philly, Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen and rookie Max Klare would be next up at tight end for Los Angeles.

  • Rams' Colby Parkinson: DNP on Wednesday

Head coach Sean McVay said Parkinson (shoulder) will not practice Wednesday, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Parkinson is considered day-to-day after injuring his shoulder in last Sunday night's loss to the Broncos. With Terrance Ferguson (ankle) also not practicing Wednesday, the Rams could be looking at Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen and rookie Max Klare handling tight-end duties in Week 4 against the Eagles.

  • Rams' Aaron Donald: DNP due to back injury

Donald (back) did not practice Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Coach Sean McVay said Donald has a sore back. Through two games this season, Donald has posted just four tackles (one solo) and one quarterback hit on 54.4 percent of the defensive snaps. Without Myles Garrett (knee) in the lineup, Donald is garnering a ton of attention from opposing offensive lines.

  • Rams' Puka Nacua: To be limited Wednesday

Coach Sean McVay said Nacua (hip) will practice in a limited capacity Wednesday, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.

This will mark Nacua's first official practice since Sept. 18, as he missed the last two games due to a listed hip injury that McVay has termed "soreness in his groin" that's not related to the psoas discomfort that he tended to in training camp. On Monday, McVay relayed to Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register that he was "hopeful" Nacua will return this coming Sunday at Philadelphia, but McVay was a bit more firm Wednesday, saying he expects the wide receiver to play in Week 4, per Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site. Nacua likely will need to get back to full participation by Friday to avoid a designation ahead of the weekend.

  • Rams' Dean Connors: Signs to active roster

The Rams signed Connors from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday.

Connors was signed to the active roster after fellow running back Ronnie Rivers (calf) was placed on injured reserve (Sept. 23). Connors was elevated to the active roster ahead of the Rams' Week 3 loss to the Broncos as the No. 3 running back behind Kyren Williams and Blake Corum. The 23-year-old will continue to fill that role for the team on the 53-man roster in Rivers' absence.
