  • Bills' C.J. Gardner-Johnson: Secures key interception in win

Gardner-Johnson logged five tackles (three solo) and two passes defensed, including one interception, in the Bills' 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Quarterback Justin Herbert threw Gardner-Johnson a "meatball sub", according to commentator Tom Brady, early in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. The pick resulted in the Bills taking a lead for the first time in the game, with the 17-13 score becoming the closest gap in the remainder of the contest. The safety intercepted the ball at the 1-yard line, likely saving a touchdown or, at the very least, a field goal. Gardner-Johnson played 68 of the team's 69 defensive plays in the contest.

  • Bills' Greg Rousseau: Logs third consecutive two-sack performance

Rousseau logged eight tackles (five solo), including 2.0 sacks, in the Bills' 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Rousseau leads the NFL with 6.0 sacks, having logged 2.0 sacks in each of the first three games of the 2026 regular season. The linebacker has had a stunning breakout since switching to coach Jim Leonhard's 3-4 defense. The 26-year-old is entering his sixth NFL season and has begun to make a compelling case that should put him on Defensive Player of the Year ballots if he can keep producing throughout the season.

  • Bills' Ar'maj Reed-Adams: Logs full practice Wednesday

Reed-Adams (elbow) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

The rookie seventh-rounder was not available for the Bills' Week 3 home game against the Chargers due to an elbow injury. Reed-Adams' full practice Wednesday indicates he'll suit up against the Patriots on Sunday to provide the Bills with depth on the offensive line.

  • Bills' Keon Coleman: Misses practice Wednesday

Coleman (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

Coleman dealt with the ankle injury in practice last week and was listed as questionable for Week 3 before suiting up and playing just 48.5 percent of the offensive snaps against the Chargers. He turned two targets into one catch for 37 yards. If Coleman is unable to play Sunday against the Patriots, Joshua Palmer would be in line for increased snaps.

  • Bills' DJ Moore: Remains limited by shoulder injury

Moore (shoulder) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Moore was limited last week in practice after he was injured in Buffalo's Week 2 game against the Lions. The veteran wideout still played through it last Sunday against the Chargers and played 42 of 66 offensive snaps while running a team-high 23 routes on Josh Allen's 31 dropbacks. Moore turned 10 targets into six catches for 67 yards. He should be fine for Week 4 against New England.

  • Bills' Josh Allen: Not listed on Wednesday injury report

Allen (knee) wasn't even listed on Wednesday's injury report.

Allen played every snap in last Sunday's win over the Chargers but took a shot to his knee late in the contest, causing some concern on social media. He's all good for Sunday's AFC East tilt with the reeling Patriots, who just got blown out in Jacksonville last Sunday. Fantasy's QB1 through three weeks, Allen is coming off a down Week 3 versus Los Angeles but still has a 13-point fantasy lead on overall QB2 Brock Purdy.

  • Bills' Josh Allen: Practicing without issue Wednesday

Allen (knee) was spotted participating in practice Wednesday, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.

Allen played every snap in this past Sunday's 24-16 win over the Chargers, but he appeared to take a hard hit to his left knee at one point during the fourth quarter of the contest and looked to be in pain. Head coach Joe Brady spoke to the media Monday and downplayed any concern about Allen's availability heading into this Sunday's matchup with the Patriots, and the quarterback's presence on the field for the start of Week 4 prep supports the notion that he'll be ready to go for game day. Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News noted that Allen had no noticeable protection on his knee during individual drills Wednesday and seemed to be moving around without issue.

  • Bills' Dawson Knox: Just one catch vs. Bolts

Knox hauled in his lone target for five yards in a 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Knox and fellow tight end Dalton Kincaid combined for only four targets from Josh Allen in Sunday's game, with wide receiver DJ Moore leading all pass catchers with 10 targets. Knox is up to a 4-17-1 receiving line on four targets through three regular-season games, and his production will be limited to occasional red zone opportunities as long as Kincaid is healthy. The Bills will stay home for a Week 4 AFC East clash against the Patriots this Sunday.

  • Bills' Keon Coleman: One big catch in Week 3 win

Coleman saw two targets and recorded a 37-yard catch during the Bills' 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Coleman's practice reps during Week 3 prep were limited by an ankle injury that he sustained in Buffalo's Week 2 win over Detroit. He was cleared to play against the Chargers and ended up playing 32 of 66 offensive snaps (48.5 percent), third most among Bills wide receivers behind Khalil Shakir (48) and DJ Moore (42). Coleman was responsible for the Bills' longest play of the game late in the second quarter, when he hauled in a 37-yard pass from Josh Allen that led to a one-yard touchdown run by the superstar QB on the next play. Coleman is capable of making big plays in any given game, but it's hard to rely on him for consistent production when he's competing against Moore, Shakir, tight end Dalton Kincaid and running back James Cook for targets from Allen, with Ty Johnson and Joshua Palmer also in the mix. The Bills wrap up their three-game homestand this Sunday in an AFC East showdown against the Patriots, whose defense gave up 35 points (including three passing touchdowns) to the Jaguars in a Week 3 loss.

  • Bills' Khalil Shakir: One catch in win

Shakir caught one of his three targets for six yards in the Bills' 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Shakir played 71 percent of the Bills' offensive snaps in the contest but caught just one pass. The wide receiver was bullied in coverage while Josh Allen struggled on a night when the team's offense combined for five total turnovers.
