Seahawks' Ty Okada: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Okada (hamstring) didn't participate in Seattle's practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Okada has yet to practice since the regular season got underway as he continues to nurse a hamstring injury. The 26-year-old is in danger of missing a fourth consecutive game, and AJ Finley would likely notch another start at safety if Okada is unable to play in Sunday's matchup against the Chargers.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Limited in Wednesday's practice
Love (calf) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Love managed to return to practice, albeit in a limited capacity, after sitting out the Week 3 loss to the Commanders due to a calf injury. If the 2019 fourth-round pick manages to practice either Thursday or Friday as well, he should have a good chance of suiting up for Sunday's matchup versus the Chargers.

Seahawks' George Holani: Limited to open week
Holani (ribs) was a limited participant at the Seahawks' practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Holani rushed three times for 10 yards while catching all five of his targets for 48 yards during the team's 33-31 loss to the Commanders in Week 3. He appears to have picked up a ribs injury along the way, and the running back was unable to log a full session Wednesday as a result. Fellow running back Jadarian Price (chest) was also a limited participant to open the week, leaving Emanuel Wilson as the team's only fully healthy option in the backfield ahead of Thursday's practice.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Limited by chest issue
Price was limited in practice Wednesday due to a chest injury, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Price logged career lows in snap share (28 percent) and touches (six) during this past Sunday's loss at Washington, accounting for just 22 yards from scrimmage. Perhaps the current health concern is partly to blame, but fellow RB Emanuel Wilson earned nine touches (all rushes) in Week 3, while George Holani (rib, LP on Wednesday) handled eight touches. Considering Holani now is banged up as well, Wilson may be the safest best among the trio to produce on game days.

Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Chance to practice Thursday
Coach Mike Macdonald said Wednesday that Charbonnet (knee) may take part in Thursday's practice, which would open a 21-day window in which he can be evaluated and eventually be activated from the reserve/PUP list, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
Charbonnet suffered a torn ACL in the divisional round of the playoffs back on Jan. 17 and underwent surgery in February, but he's made quick work in his recovery and technically will be eligible to return as soon as Week 5 if his practice window is opened this week. More than likely, the Seahawks will take their time with Charbonnet once he's back on the practice field, but it appears as if he'll be able to suit up for games that matter sooner than later. In the meantime, Jadarian Price will continue to lead the Seahawks backfield, with Emanuel Wilson and George Holani on hand for RB reps as well.

Seahawks' Emanuel Wilson: Struggles as rusher vs. Washington
Wilson turned nine carries into 14 yards during the Seahawks' 33-31 loss to the Commanders on Sunday.
Wilson saw his role expand during the Seahawks' Week 2 win over the Cardinals after Jadarian Price left the game due to a chest injury, with the former finishing with 21 carries for 92 yards. Wilson returned to a rotational role with George Holani for Week 3 after Price was cleared to play, though Wilson actually led the backfield trio with nine carries, though six of those touches went for three yards or less. Wilson has 32 carries for 109 yards (3.4 YPC) through the first three games of the regular season, though it looks like the Seahawks may be shifting to a committee approach to the backfield instead of Price being the lead back. The Seahawks head back home for a Week 4 tilt against the Chargers this Sunday.

Seahawks' Rashid Shaheed: Two receptions vs. Washington
Shaheed caught two passes on three targets for 14 yards during the Seahawks' 33-31 loss to the Commanders on Sunday, He also returned three punts for 29 yards and added 63 yards on two kickoff returns.
Shaheed continued to operate as the Seahawks' primary returner on special teams, and his 31 offensive snaps were third-most among Seattle wide receivers behind Jaxson Smith-Njigba (58) and Cooper Kupp (45). Shaheed has yet to find the end zone this season, with his last touchdown taking place in the 2025 NFC divisional round against the 49ers, when he took the game's opening kickoff 95 yards to the house. The Seahawks will play five of their next six games at home, starting this Sunday against the winless Chargers.
